A 25 000sf office, maintenance, and warehouse facility. The project was completed within a demanding schedule while following the district’s urban design guidelines, as well as the detailed requirements of the client's program. The materials and articulated exterior of the building give an impression of permanence and durability through a refined modern-industrial expression. Winner of the 1993 award for industrial buildings from the Victoria Real Estate Board.
