RAINBOW HILL MASTER PLAN
Victoria, BC
A comprehensively planned residential development for a 9.6-acre site, one that will accommodate a variety of residential building types. Situated in a Garry Oak meadow landscape adjacent to the Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary, this project repaired damage to the meadow, carefully integrating a distinctive group of buildings into a rejuvenated and enhanced environment. The plan is a part of the LEED for Neighbourhood Development Pilot Project.
