HOLLAND POINT WATERFRONT APARTMENTS
Victoria, BC

The infill project replaces the smaller of a pair of 1960’s apartment buildings. Retaining and updating the 12 storey tower, and adding 54 new units will reinvigorate the site with an ecologically integrated landscape. The architecture of the new 6 storey building is visually cohesive with the older tower, and careful attention was paid to liveability through optimized daylight, views, and outdoor amenity spaces both on the ground and the new building’s roof.
