NIGEL HOUSE

A complex care centre with 41 Residential Care apartments including a 15-bed high security unit, 37 Assisted Living apartments, and 10 Affordable Housing apartments. The project is the first phase of an Urban Design Plan by DAUSTUDIO for a nine-acre site. The 4 and 6-storey complex is for residents with a range of special needs. The ground floor includes spaces for Long-Term Care therapeutic programs. The upper floors include a wing for Long Term Care and another for Assisted Living and Affordable Housing. The complex is conceived as a synergistic hybrid of the different housing types and varied functions providing an efficient, calm and attractive environment for the residents.
