LINKLEAS HOUSE

The 4452-sf house was designed to nestle into the sloped edge of the rocky site. The concept is two connected volumes, with the front portion accommodating larger, more formal social spaces and the main bedroom suite, and the informal social spaces, home office, gym and children’s rooms to the rear. The positioning of the house and the garage preserves an established front garden. Clad in custom-profiled pre-finished steel with wood and stucco accents, the design is a contemporary play on the traditional house form.
