THE WELLINGTON ALTUS OFFICE

This regional business office occupies a second-floor corner suite of The Rotunda, a six-storey AA-class, LEED Platinum Certified, downtown office and retail complex. Open work stations and private rooms accommodate, executives, administrators and financial advisors with meeting facilities for clients, in addition to service and amenities for staff. The space was treated as an extension of the building’s signature Rotunda atrium, using the same material palette including wood and perforated metal ceilings, limestone floors, and wood slat acoustic wall panels. The offices and the service spaces are secured from the common area of the rotunda by a defined and occupied reception area. The circulation is designed to allow easy, interactive access throughout the offices and uses large areas of glazing in partitions to bring daylight in from three sides of all internal work spaces.
