TELEGRAPH COVE HOUSE
Saanich, BC
This 6000sf 5 bedroom home resides comfortably on a contoured waterfront bluff. A 14’ tall by 70’ foot long window-wall merges architecture and structure to provide uninterrupted views of the water and Mount Baker in the distance. The front (street-side) of the house, with integrated landscaping, stone and stucco facades, is private and understated. A south-facing courtyard is the hub around which circulation for the house is arranged. As a counterpoint to the naturally untamed site, the courtyard provides a sunny, sheltered area for formal gardens, a pool and an outdoor kitchen and dining area.
